Graduation

Assalamualaikum :)

It has been about three months since the 2013/2014 committee members step down from their post.

As former President and Vice President of BruHull Society, Job Ong and Jalilah would like to convey this message to everyone ..

Being in bruhull has been one of the more rewarding points in my university life thus far. From acquaintances to friends, and then to family, the members of bruhull have provided support for each other both in good times and bad. I consider myself to be very lucky to have been able to serve as a committee member this great batch.

I wish all the graduates of '13/14 all the best in their future endeavours, and pray that the bonds we have formed the past years withstand the test of time, and in doing so we become life long friends.

[ Job Ong ]

Being in the BruHull committee has provided me with a valuable experience. It has been a privilege to work with Job Ong the President (2013-2014) who knows what he wants and what's to be done. The primary job of a Vice President entails assisting the President in managing and leading the society, and this includes representing the society on a wider stage of Bruneian Societies throughout the UK, such as during the Annual Societies' Leaders' Forum of 2013 organised by the BSUnion. It has been the pride of BruHull Society for being consistently active in various events and competitions (Brunei Yorkshire Games, Winter Games, Majlis Khatam Al-Quran, etc.), and for this it is an honour for the President, Vice President and other members of the committee to provide support for the BruHull Team by being present in such events. Whenever the President is absent due to unavoidable circumstances, it is the duty of the Vice President to take his place and responsibilities.

Lastly, it has also been a pleasure to work alongside the rest of the committee - Nana, Vun, Jun, Hannah, Kazim, Afif, and Iwan - whose contributions to the society are greatly appreciated.
